Call me old-fashion, but nothing can beat The Bomb Librarian helping that stressed out student overcome his fear of research &amp;amp; the library.  There's nothing like that successful &lt;em&gt;one on one&lt;/em&gt; interaction when the student you are helping really understands and becomes empowered with new skills and solutions.
